Oven Cleaning for Check-Outs, Lettings and Sales
Tenants book us to protect a deposit, landlords book us between tenancies, and letting agents book us so a property photographs well and passes the inventory without a note against the kitchen. The job is the same in each case: a full deep clean of the oven, with the hob and extractor added if they need it.
The oven is stripped down, the door is dismantled so the glass is cleaned between the panes, and racks, trays and the fan cover are cleaned separately. We leave the kitchen as we found it apart from the oven, and the oven can be used or inspected immediately because the products are non-caustic.
If you are a landlord or agent managing several properties, one phone call books the lot and we invoice each address separately so the cost sits against the right tenancy.

Will this satisfy a letting agent's check-out inspection?
Inventory clerks look for grease on the door glass, the racks and the roof of the oven. All three are covered by the deep clean, and the invoice shows it was done professionally.
Can you do it if nobody is at the property?
Yes. We regularly collect keys from letting agents in Dublin and return them after the job. Arrange it when you book.
How soon can you come?
Same-day slots are often available if you book before 2 PM; otherwise usually within a day or two. Tell us the check-out date and we work around it.
Do you clean the rest of the kitchen?
We clean the oven, hob and extractor. For a full end of tenancy clean you will need a general cleaning company; we are happy to work alongside them on the same day.
Do landlords get a discount for several properties?
Call us with the addresses and we will quote for the batch. Each property is invoiced separately.
